Previously, Caspar spent 3 years at J.P. Morgan in their Investment Banking division, working in the Industrials team and 5 years in the British Army where he served as an officer in the Royal Irish Regiment.

Caspar received a M.A. in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Bradford.
